Established in 1982, Automation Image has been committed to adding value to its clients and has developed many new products and successes. As Automation Image continues to grow, one immutable fact remains constant: Automation Image continues to be dedicated to a customer-centric approach to doing business.
Dr. Om Singla and Mrs. Indira Singla founded Automation Image, Inc. (AI) in September of 1982. Since its inception, AI has been home to three other start-ups in its long and successful history. The company's initial focus was to provide high performance Computer Systems to the Engineering Design Community. Within 2 years, the aggressive entrepreneurs founded Advanced Computer Solutions (ACS), a computer Design and Manufacturing Company that became very successful and marketed its products in the United States, Europe and India. In 1986, ACS developed its offshore technology transfer to IndChem Electronics of Madras (now Chennai), India. Eventually, ACS was sold to Electronic Modular Systems (EMS) of the United States. in 1988. In 1995, the entrepreneurs again incubated another start up, Customer Management Automation (CMA), dedicated to CTI and call center technologies. This very successful company was sold to Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in 1999. AI is now building a World-Class IT Professional Services company delivering out-sourced Software Development, Business Process Outsourcing, Off-Shore Project Management and on-site consulting. The company delivers in many industries and provides solutions in Software, IT, CRM, WEB and Database technologies.
